Vision Consulting Services K.K. is looking to hire an experienced "IT Recruitment Consultant" for an October 2012 start. We are a growing recruitment team that services clients in IT, PR/Advertising, and other select industries. We have a Progressive "Positive" team atmosphere in the office, high standards of professionalism and a fair and supportive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS & PREFERENCES

Minimum 2+ years full time "search" experience in Tokyo with a proven track record of success.

Sales and / or Account Management Experience.

IT Recruitment experience preferred (but not a requirement).

Must be a strong communicator and motivated.

Candidate's character will be highly weighted in the hiring decision.

Japanese language skills preferred but not required.
