| 説明 | Our client is seeking PES Japan Onsite Senior Programmer / Technical Designer for positions in Chiba, Yokohama and Ibaraki. Job Description – PES Japan Onsite Senior Programmer / Technical Designer Brief Statement of Job: Candidate is responsible to understand the technical as well as functional specifications of high complexity and translate the same into reusable, maintainable executable code WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF delivering high quality project deliverables WITHIN THE LIMITS OF delivery timelines, security, quality and performance guidelines Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high quality project within the limits of delivery timelines. • Understand the technical and functional specifications of customer requirements. • Involve the required technical analysis and measurement. • Internal communication with other teams within the company. • Frequent reporting to project managers and account managers. • Frequent update of status of on-going project −質の良いプロジェクトを届ける。 —顧客のニーズの技術的そして機能的スペックの理解 —技術的分析 —企業内にチームと内部コミュニケーション —プロジェクトマネージャーとアカウントマネージャーに報告 —プロジェクトの更新 Critical skills: • Overall IT or embedded experience 5-6 years. • C or C++ experience or Assembly language experience. • Ability to write requirements specs based on discussion with customer. • Firmware or embedded code development experience. • Communication skills both in Japanese and English. • Preferable - Industry experience either in Automotive, Medical Electronics, Industry Automations, or Control Systems. スキル： —IT経験５−６年 —C もしくはC++経験かアセンブリー言語経験 —顧客との会話からの必要スペックの書きだし —ファームウェアもしくはコード開発経験 —日本語と英語のコミュニケーションスキル Organizational Relationship: Reporting to the project manager in each client or practice • External relationship with assigned clients relating to on-going and additional projects • Internal relationship with the account manager.
