説明 Our client is a leading global restaurant chain.
You will lead various medium/ large projects regarding business applications in maximizing the productivity and proper management of the restaurant POS/backoffice systems of the chain restaurants in Japan.

•　レストランソリューションにおけるプロジェクトリーダーとしてプロジェクトをリード。
•　全国に展開するレストラン領域アプリケーション（POS/レストランバックオフィス等）の企画・構築・維持・サポート
•　関連するITインフラ（データセンター、本社・店舗ネットワーク及び店舗/共通アプリケーション）の現状を正確に把握し、継続的に最適化。
•　部門と協力し、アプリケーション維持体制の適正化、関連する全社ヘルプデスク業務の適正化を推進。
•　米国本社と連携をとり、グローバルソリューションの導入・維持・サポートを推進。
•　全社戦略並びに各部門で企画する新サービスを支えるインフラソリューション、店舗展開支援などに関し積極的に議論し、具体的なソリューションを提案し実行。
-Leader of the project the restaurant solution.
-International development of the restaurant area (POS/ Restaurant back office)　planning, development, maintenance, support
-IT infrastructure (Data Center, headquarter/Store network and store/common application) – be　aware of the situation and continuously optimize.
-Cooperate with other departments to maintain organization and manage all help desk work.
-Corporate with USA headquarter and implement and maintain global solution.
-Infra solution to plan new service with coporate strategy plus, every department .



候補者は下記のいずれかもしくは両方の領域においてリーダーシップを発揮し、プロジェクトリーダーとしてプロジェクトを実行。

１）　POS領域
•　POS領域における個別プロジェクトのシステム企画・開発・導入・維持。
•　特にPOSアプリケーション、POSハードウェアとそのインフラ環境に関するプロジェクトのプロジェクトをリード。

２）　レストランバックオフィス領域
•　レストランバックオフィス領域における個別プロジェクトのシステム企画・開発・導入・維持。
•　特にレストランバックオフィスのアプリケーション、ハードウェアとそのインフラ環境に関するプロジェクトにおいて、目的とゴール・現在の進捗状況を把握し、早期にプロジェクトリーダーとしてプロジェクトおよびパートナーを率いて成功裏に完了させる。
•　社外、グローバルチームに対し、プロジェクトリーダーとして様々な活動に参画し、リーダーシップを発揮する。
1) POS domain
• Planning system, development, implement and maintenance of individual project within the POS domain.
• Leading projects especially POS application, POS hardware and projects related to infra environment.
2) Restaurant back office domain
• Planning system, development, implement and maintenance of individual project.
• Set a goal and to always know your situation and to be able to lead your way through the project especially with restaurant back office application, hardware and projects related to infra environment.
• Even out side the corporation, work as a project leader with the global team.



■組織管理・リソース管理
•　プロジェクト内のリソースを把握し、アサインを検討し、プロジェクトマネージャへ提言する。
•　個別プロジェクト状況を掌握し、プロジェクトメンバーのモラル向上やコミュニケーションの充実をめざした環境づくりを行ない、効果的な対策を打つ。

•Organization control/resource management

-To know your resource within the project, examine your assign, and suggest it to the project manager.
- Control individual project situation in order to enrich environment by improving ethics and communication.



■活動計画立案
•　自組織のミッション、ビジョンをふまえ、特定領域として店舗システムに関する年間活動計画立案を支援する。
■コミュニケーション
•　外部ベンダー・パートナーに対して担当範囲に関しての交渉・管理を適切に実施し、両者にとって良好な関係を構築する。
■経営戦略や企画への参画
•　全社的な企画を十分理解し、その実行を積極的に支援する。
•　部門業務改善に積極的に取り組み、チームを巻き込んだ展開を行う。


スキル・資格
業務経験における要件
1. 複数のプロジェクトにおいてリーダーとして参加し成功裏にプロジェクトを完了させた経験が３年以上。（SIer/コンサルティングファーム/企業内ISいずれも可）
2. 特定のアプリケーション、インフラツールについて技術的な知識および経験があること。（XML、Oracle DB、.NET、Web Hosting、Windows OS、DBMS等）。またサーバ、ネットワーク、その他インフラ機器に関する技術的な知識および構築経験。
3. アプリケーション開発として要件定義、設計・開発・結合テスト、システム総合テスト、運用、保守の全ての工程における経験ならびに深い知見。
4. システム案件に関して、プロジェクトマネジメントを実施し、基本的なプロジェクトマネジメント手法に関し知識と経験
5. プロジェクト案件に関するRFP作成/評価に携わったことがあり、パートナー選定・評価プロセスに知見ならびに経験。
6. 海外案件において日本語以外の言語圏のメンバーと業務を行い、成功裏に完了させて経験があれば望ましい。
7. システム要件定義において、ビジネス課題の検討・解決に関ったことがあり、部門横断的なBPRに関してリーダー的役割を果たしたことがあることが望ましい。
8. システム投資のコスト見積、費用評価、効果検証において基本的な財務インパクトを理解し、数理的な分析ができること。
9. ドキュメント能力、プレゼンテーションスキルが高いこと。
10. 業務上・対人関係上必要かつ効果的なコミュニケーションスキルを有すること。
11. ITガバナンスに関する知見があり、プロジェクトの円滑推進を実施した経験があること。
