This role is an essential supporting link between our client's Japan sales/ SCM /Sales Engineering/Service team/Call Center, our local Distributors, RPPs, OEM and any other customers. This person will be responsible for receiving Purchase Order, Order entry, answering ATP date, dispatch and tracking of all Sales Orders, within our client. To exceed and improve customer satisfaction by meeting customers’ request shipping date.

クライアントの日本セールス/SCM/セールスエンジニア/サービスチーム/コールセンター、ローカルディストリビューター、RPPs, OEMと他のお客様の連接のサポートをするお仕事です。クライアントとの間で購入オーダーの受け取り、受注、ATPデイトの応答、セールス注文の発送の担当をしてもらいます。お客様の満足度を上げるにはお客様の希望発送日に送ることです。


Key objectives are:
1. To receive and entry purchase orders from our client’s customers into order system(Oracle). Activities include the following:
・Receive Purchase Order from our client’s customers.
・Entry Order into Oracle
・Allocation and coordination of all orders for Finished Goods from the point of entry into relevant order fulfillment system to confirmation of product receipt at warehouse locations or at end users
・SCM readiness to deliver products.
・end to end process readiness (from Order Receive to Delivery)
2.Relationship management of our client’s Customers in relation to product availability , product delivery and DOA.
3.Extensive dealing with our client's Sales Team, SCM, Sales Engineering/Service team/Call Center, our local Distributors and any other Customers on matters such as order status, order ETA, stock levels etc.
4.To work with Sales, SCM to meet the customers’ request shipping date.
5.To improve exist-operation along with changing our client’s busines



Required Skills
"· Minimum High School Diploma
· Minimum 3 years of Related experience required before entry
(QC, improve operation, well-communication with customers & each functions)
• Sales and/or SCM and/or Order Fulfillment related experience
· Proficient in “Oracle” and “inTouch”
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
· Ability to multi-task
· Self motivated and proactive in any activities
· Willingness to work in a team-orientated environment
· The ability to identify and rectify problems with a view to continuous system improvement
· Willing to take responsibility and ownership
· Tough negotiation capability with internal & external
· Flexible to changing circumstances"
