Title of Position: Implementation Consultant
Department: Customer Service
Location: Japan

Typical Duties:
We are looking for Implementation Consultants to join our team in Japan.

In this role you will be:
- Working with hospitality and/or retail customers to implement and configure our solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Consulting on best practices, and how to get the most out of the solution.
- Providing training for the client’s staff on how to use the solution (after the implementation).
