Job Role: L2 PC Operations and Onsite Technical Support IMAC activities, Windows XP/Windows 7 Troubleshooting, Application Troubleshooting, Hardware Support Work Location: Hachioji, Tokyo 東京でPCサービスエンジニア募集中。 仕事内容: L2 PCオペレーションとオンサイトテクニカルサポート IMACアクティビティー、Window XP/Windows 7 トラベルシューティング、アプリケーショントラベルシューティング、ハードウェアサポート 勤務地:八王子、東京 Necessary skills: 4 - 6 years of experience in the role 1. Good Experience in OS Troubleshooting (Windows XP and Windows 7). 2. Basic application troubleshooting knowledge. 3. A+ Certification 4. Good Hands on Experience in IMAC activities. 5. Good Experience in Data Backup Techniques. 6. Knowledge in Networking. (LAN/WAN) 7. Good hands on experience in Hardware Support. (Printers, Laptops, desktop,Mobile devices) 8. Excellent communication skills. 9.
