Job Role:
Work Station Support
1. Installation, configuration of Windows client operating systems ( XP, Vista & 7) and Linux (RHEL 3-6).
2. Excellent Troubleshooting Skills in Hardware and operating systems ( XP,Vista,7 and RHEL)
3. Experience in VMWare environments
4. Application / package management in Windows and Linux.
5. Patch management in Windows & Linux (RHEL)
6. Knowledge in Network and Storage connectivity
7. Knowledge Backup
8. Hardware support
9. Client application support
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Service monitoring and SLA management
12. Establishing and maintaining process documents and run books

１．インストレーションとウィンドウズクライアントオペレーティングシステムの配置
２．ハードウェアのトラブルシューティングスキルとオペレーティングシステム
３．VMW経験
４．WindowsとLinuxのアプリケーション／パッケージマネージメント
５．WindowsとLinuxのパッチマネージメント
６．ネットワークとストーレッジ接続の知識
７．バックアップ知識
８．ハードウェアサポート
９．クライアントアプリケーションサポート
１０. コミュニケーションスキル
１１. サービスモニタリングとSLAマネージメント
１２. プロセス書類の立証と維持



Work Location/勤務地:
Hachioji, Tokyo

Necessary skills/必要なスキル:
2 - 4 years of IT support experience
Familiar with Windows XP, Vista (32 & 64 Bit), Win 7 (32& 64), RHEL 3-6

Desired Skill:
- ITIL Certification
- VM Ware

Language skill/言語スキル:
English Level >> Business (TOEIC 800 or Above)
Japanese Level >> Business conversation level (JLPT 2nd level +)
