Monitors and controls the execution of the proposed business development plans. Develops technical and business approaches to opportunities. Forms teaming arrangements within the corporation and with other companies. Develops win strategies and prepares winning proposals. Tracks and analyzes trends and future opportunities within the business unit's market segment to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effect of competitive activity. Identifies potential clients, develops client oriented marketing strategies, creates client oriented service offerings, and prepares marketing material. Initiates contact with clients and presents service offerings to clients. Identifies contract vehicles and/or contracting approaches that can be used by clients to obtain services offered. Develops partner strategies and maintains communications with new and current clients to facilitate maintenance of the business relationship, ensuring client satisfaction and/or facilitating future business sales.
