| Description | Our client is seeking a Bilingual Support Engineer for position in Tokyo. 東京でバイリンガルサポートエンジニア募集中です。 • Has a good working knowledge of SPAM and filtering • Has a good working knowledge Email Archiving • Has a good working knowledge of Continuity • Has a good working knowledge of Operating Systems (i.e. Windows Vista and Windows 7) • Has a good working knowledge of databases (i.e. SQL) −SPAMとフィルタリングの知識 −Eメールの記録知識 −継続性知識 −オペレーティングシステム知識 —データベース知識 Required Skills • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience (Can support not for end users but for IT specialists engaged in exchange and online service matters) • Four-year degree in MIS, CIS, or related equivalent work experience (minimum of 4 years) around technical applications such as SQL, Exchange, IIS, Active Directory, Operating Systems, networking, or other Microsoft technologies. (minimum of 2 of the above listed expertise areas required if using equivalent work experience as a substitute for four-year degree) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bi-lingual in Japanese and English .
