説明 Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Manager - Finance and Insurance - BFSI for Tokyo.
東京でシニアセールスマネージャー -金融·保険- BFSを募集しています。

The jobholder is responsible for driving new business revenues within the Financial sector and Insurance sector. The jobholder would mainly be responsible for the following:

a) Creating Named Accounts Penetration Strategy – The incumbent will work closely with the Sales Director
b) Create leads and opportunities from own industry network
c) Engage in Pro-active sales activities to convert suspects into prospects and further convert prospects to proposals.
d) Form peering relationships with client personnel at the VP/Director level, and working (non-peering) relationships with CXOs; Sourcing for additional business
e) Working closely with the pre-sales functions to come up with proposals
f) Showcase Our Capabilities, Value, Relationships and Governance in all interactions
g) Manage proposal pricing negotiations and closure process
h) Taking Go-To-Market Solutions to the target market of Financial sector and Insurance sectors.
i) Provide inputs in designing go to market solutions based on market intelligence

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (4 years)
