説明 Our client is seeking an Account Executive for position in Yokohama.

Job Summary Profitably grow the revenues of the Company, to be the main interface between the customers and to work on the customer's satisfaction.

Responsible for the commercial and technical interface to client accounts specifically with regard to revenue growth in defined market sectors, contract negotiation and closure thereby meeting revenue targets within pre-set timescales, developing working relationships with existing and potential customers.

Actively consulting the customer with respect to technical and market related issues to improve mutual business cases. Identifying potential customers to sustain the revenue growth of the company.

Launch specific products and programs to meet and exceed revenue target.

Work closely with the various departments (Engineering, Purchasing, R&D, P&A, Marketing) within the customer's organization to meet the customer's requirements. Identify new projects and technologies.

Work on customer's specifications, change requests and technical requirements (this needs technical background of the application and DB knowledge). Maintain a consistent level of contact with existing and potential customers.

Exhibit a high level of organizational skills, with an excellent business sense. Interface with various departments (Operations, TCS, Marketing, OMS and Quality) to respond to market needs of Customers.

Delivery of weekly progress reports and monthly business forecasts. Assist in developing a business plan for the involved customers for products.

Participate in trade shows/exhibitions and other customer market activities to enhance the use and sale of products.
Detect and identify opportunities for special projects with single or group of customers to maintain/improve strategic market position.

Prepare customer profiles as per management guidelines and maintain/up dated on a weekly basis the Activity Report.

Communicate on a regular basis customer status with regards to database contents needs, software functionality requirements, coverage area's and desired production schedules and new applications and technologies


Required Skills

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline several years experience in an automotive sales environment working with large and small customers.

Tier 1 / 2 delivery experiences in the International automotive market.

Outstanding communication skills in English Japanese.

Willingness to travel Capable of working in a high "stress" environment within a fast growing industry.

Excellent organizational skills Ability to inspire a cross-functional team to consistently exceed customer expectations by effectively leveraging internal and external resources.

Ability to transcend "traditional boundaries" and work collaboratively at all levels. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
