JOB SUMMARY
Identify needs and requests of customer base, distribution network, sales associates, and management and coordinate sales order processing by utilizing operations, engineering, marketing, and sales resources. Initiate proactive post order booking communication regarding order status and other customer issues creating strong customer loyalty and improved customer satisfaction.

仕事内容
顧客ニーズの対応、ネットワーク、マネージメント、エンジニアリング、マーケティング、販売リソースを活用してセールスオーダーの調整をします。


JOB DUTIES
· Determine customer needs based on ERP system reports. Proactively communicate issues and anticipated resolution to customer base, associated sales representatives, and management
· Coordinate manufacturing and shipping efforts in order to ensure on-time product delivery to customer base
· Identify and resolve individual customer credit, shipping, and product return issues
· Identify up-selling opportunities through active communication channel with customer base and communicate sales leads to sales associates
·Enter new sales orders into Glovia and maintain changes to existing sales orders
·Forward invoices, shipping documents, and order updates to selected accounts
·Enter Returned Material Authorizations into corporate ERP system and communicate to customer and other relevant departments
·Provide order expedite assistance and coordination
·Respond to requests for quotes within 24 hours
·Additional duties as defined by management
