| 説明 | Our client is seeking a Business Continuity Services Specialist for position in Tokyo. 東京でビジネス·コンティニュイティ·サービスのスペシャリストを募集しています。 Overall Role Purpose: Assists in the development of recovery strategies for critical computing services, as defined by the client, in the event of any major incident. Ensures that all accepted recommendations are implemented and tested regularly. Liaises with and advises clients, vendors, and personnel on business continuity-related issues. Assists in the planning and organization of recovery tests on behalf of client base. Ensures that tests are executed on a regular basis in compliance with contractual agreements. Prepares pre-test objectives and post-test reports for the client and operations management. Advises and assists in the formulation of a crisis management team. Assists with awareness incentives that ensure clients are aware of all business continuity-related activities that are available and can be provided by the Business Continuity Group. Assists in the development of business recovery strategies in line with client expectations. Monitors developments of both international and industry trends and provides guidance to operations management on the acquisition of business continuity services. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Technology: Demonstrates a basic information systems background, including knowledge of mainframe and client server platforms. People: Interacts with clients, vendors, and company personnel to establish and monitor business continuity plans. Advises and formulates crisis management teams to ensure that business continuity plans are implemented consistently across projects. Customer: Ensures that new and existing clients are made aware of all business continuity-related activities that are available and can be provided by the Business Continuity Group. Assists in the development of business recovery strategies in line with client expectations. Business: Stays actively involved with new business and training/development activities, including due diligence. Provides expertise to bid process and due diligence programs. Monitors developments in both international and industry trends and provides guidance on the acquisition of business continuity services. Financial: Assists in the management of business recovery contracts.
