説明 Provide pre-sales technical support for client's DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) Software to prospective clients or client partners.

SW Consultant is involved with all implementation phase of the customer’s DCIM Projects
SWコンサルタントは、顧客のDCIMプロジェクトのすべての実装 関与するポジションです。


Essential Functions:

Provide technical sales assistance of our DCIM Software to Account Managers including the site visits, hearing customer requirements and adjusting system specification.
Lead the DCIM Software implementation with our other engineers and/or 3rd Party Vendors to succeed the customer’s project.
Adjust customization/additional development requests to our basic function from the customer, and order it to our 3rd Party Vendors and all relevant parties in Japan.
Provide DCIM products and concept presentations to prospective clients and APC partners.
Support Sales and Marketing activities as the engineering side.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree ( or equivalent )

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/Japanese

Position requires 5 years or more experience of the enterprise application development using Object Oriented Programing, and requires 5 years or more experience of the enterprise system project as System Engineer or System Consultant.

Position requires having IPA FE or more.

Knowledge/Experience of the enterprise system O&M using NMS is preferred.

Knowledge/Experience of the Datacenter Equipment.

Management including BMS/BEMS implementation is preferred.
