| 説明 | Job Description: Scope of the position The ideal sales candidate that we seek is a closer and a highly motivated person that sells with a high closing rate. An expert sales person that always maintains and continues to build a strong pipeline, executing against a solid territory plan and selling across the client's entire portfolio. Description of position We are seeking a strong software sales professional to sell products into a set of new and existing, medium-large and very-large enterprise accounts in Japan. You will be responsible for a dedicated customer set, of primarily new (plus some existing) clients, and help with related partners, and involved alliances. You will be expected to become a trusted advisor on Cloud, Linux, Open Source, and related strategies & products to these organizations as well as develop and maintain executive-level relationships. Primary Responsibilities To achieve or exceed personal revenue targets on an ongoing monthly/quarterly/annual basis. To achieve or exceed profit targets. To maintain a rolling pipeline of potential sales opportunities that is a multitude of the personal revenue targets. To build the client's image and reputation in targeted enterprise accounts and beyond. To provide periodic, accurate and achievable forecast predictions on pipeline closing rate and future revenue based on assigned accounts. To provide a detailed and structured account & opportunity plan for each major deal within an established format. To understand the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s competitors and to use these to maximum advantage to sell our client's solutions and deliver real value to customers. To promote sales successes in conjunction with Marketing. This includes provision of sales “wins/loss” reference sites, case studies and testimonials. To provide consistent and regular communication with other customer touching departments to ensure smooth operation. Create best practice in business and contractual relationships within the targeted Accounts.· To represent our client in a professional manner at all times and to ensure that the company’s interests are uppermost in all dealings and transactions.
