| 説明 | Our client is the leading provider HD tele-convergence products and solutions. They are looking for someone who can sell through specific partners. The Regional Sales Manager carries a quota and is responsible for the sale of our client's products by channel partners, resellers, distributors, and VARS as well as sales to direct end users. Qualified candidates will be located in Tokyo and will cover Japan. Responsibilities: • Qualifying registered accounts through pre-sales assessment of technical requirements in with customers and channel partners. • Supporting channel partners with RFP support for large accounts and tenders. • Researching, monitoring and communicating status of competitive market landscape. • Providing training and positioning to partners to facilitate promotion and positioning of our client's products in specified markets. • Providing support to channel partners for large sales opportunities. • Supporting the implementation processes and assisting in providing solutions as required. • Providing support for successful new product introductions and sales initiatives through both informal and formal content delivery methods. Required Skills Qualifications: • 10+ years of technical sales experience to include indirect sales with channel partners, resellers, VARS and direct end users. • Strong experience in technical pre-sales of networking, telecommunication, and/or videoconferencing products and solutions. • Proven spoken and written skills in both English and Japanese required.. • Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to deliver a persuasive business message to channel partners and end user prospects. • Sales experience in the areas of videoconferencing or communications with IP networking knowledge is preferred. • Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. • Results-focused, team-oriented and a strong work ethic. • Extensive travel is a requirement of this position Please contact mike@visionconsulting.jp for more information about this and similar opportunities. |
