説明 Our client is seeking a Program Director — (Manufacturing - Hi-Tech) for position in Tokyo.



・ Onsite Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the CXO level across global entities of companies such as Sony
・ Understanding customer priorities, pain areas as proactively converting them to business.
・ Carry Revenue target
・ Work closely with senior customer IS team (CIO, Directors) to suggest, advice, evaluate, and prime offshoring initiatives
・ Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
・ Generating leads from onsite by interacting with the customers in various lines of business for service lines.
・ Presenting and publishing the proposals (proactive ones as well as responses to RFP/RFIs)
・ Interacting with Procurement and Supplier relationship team from customer organization and maintain smoother flow of contracts, invoices and payments.
・ Working and teaming up with cross cultural environment internally and externally.
・ Identifying and grooming team members of the onsite team into future leaders.



Required Skills

Must be a sales and/or account management with at least 10 years of complex IT solutions project experience in or to Sony Corporation or other major Japanese Hi-Tech firms, with a demonstrable ability to meet challenging deadlines.

・ Strong knowledge of off shoring process and methodologies, and familiarity with various IT service lines.
・ Ability to present at senior levels, and have first level consulting capability.
・ Ability to work with teams in various service lines.
・ Ability to manage multi-cultural teams
・ Travel to different client locations - mostly within US and sometimes across the world if needed for expanding our footprint in other geographies.
・ Exposure to delivery, sales or pre-sales roles will be required
・ Should have managed a multi-million USD account.
・ Able to quickly assess new sales opportunities and potential for expanding opportunities within and associated with existing clients.



Desired:

・ Bid Management experience
・ Prior experience in negotiating commercial/legal contracts.
・ Good People orientation

Educational qualification:
・ Engineering background with MBA desirable (not must).
Language requirement:
・ Bi-lingual (English & Japanese) - Must


MUST : 15 years sales experience to Manufacturing (especially electronics / hi-tech)

MUST: Have experience in sales of at least $10M - $30M.
