Our client is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for position in Tokyo.
Business Development Position
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director in Japan, this role provides the opportunity to develop a professional sales career at the corporate level.
You will be managing a defined set of customers focused on Financial or Corporate B2B markets. Using your proven sales and account management skills, the key focus of this role is to drive new business revenue in new name prospects and to grow and retain existing customers and with the purpose to develop and deepen commercial and strategic relationships. You will be responsible for you building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities and managing the sales process from start to finish. You will have the ability to sell the full suite of core enterprise solutions.
Ideally, you will possess a degree level qualification and at least 5 years experience in a B2B sales, ideally in complex solution sales environment, be self motivated with a passion for winning. A broad understanding of the financial or corporate and online business information markets with preferably experience selling into those markets. Also, an understanding of the internet and intranet capabilities and working knowledge of the India B2B competition is desirable. Above all, we are looking for a strong team player with proven sales record, influencing skills, initiative, and a keen interest in business.
