| 説明 | Our client is a software vendor for "Encryption/Data Protection Solutions", including database security and web security. They seek a "Sales Manager" for their Japan office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts. Manage quality of product delivery whilst maximizing sales revenues and enduser satisfaction. Summary Develop, implement & communicate the strategic account plan. Cultivate relationships with key decision makers & influencers within Partners, Endusers and prospective clients. Develop customer focused proposals and proactively present and sell the value to the account(s) and their partners. Assume full ownership and authority for the account management and reporting (includes customer P&L and scorecard). Main Responsibilities Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Present and sell client's product solutions, technologies, and services to current and potential Partners and Customer(s). Develop quarterly and annual business plans, action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. Identify and resolve customer’s concerns. Follow-up for collection of payment Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. Other duties as assigned. Desired Skills & Experience Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required in business or marketing, (and/or equivalent business courses successfully completed). A Japanese National with conversational written/spoken English. Track record of collaboratively building significant business partnerships. Leading and managing complex sales cycles. Strong communication, Management and selling skill. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, composes, and edits written materials. Proficiency in basic business computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet. Minimum Requirements: Knowledge & Skills 3-5 years recent successful sales experiences in well-known company preferred, in a B2B business environment. Knowledge of Japan’s IT Industry, along with industries that may include: financial institutions, e-Commerce, data centers, retailing, transportation, carriers, and service providers.Working knowledge of MS-Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
