説明 同社は無停止サーバシステムにおいて実績のある外資系企業です。そのノウハウを活かし、自社製品にとどまらない、システムエンジニアリングのトータルサービスを提供しています。
この度、業務のさらなる拡大を受け、新たなメンバーを募集します。

具体的には、
1. 業務系システムの開発リーダ、プロジェクトリーダ
2. 基盤構築案件のプロジェクトリーダ
3. 業務システムのプレセールス(基盤もしくは開発)

※経験３年〜１５年ほどの方に最も適したポジションです。年俸はご経験スキル、および前職での年収を考慮いたします。


スキル・資格
必須要件
1. 顧客から要件をヒアリングができ、システムの提案書が書ける
2. 構築または開発経験があり、自身の得意分野を持っている(仮想化、サーバ構築、DB設計、NW設計、管理等)
3. リーダ、サブリーダの経験者もしくは、やる意欲がある　(面接では、この辺の経験内容を詳しくお聞きします)
4. 業務開発、インフラ構築の提案ができる
5. プロフェッショナルサービスとして新規ビジネスの立案が出来る


希望要件
1. 積極性があり、顧客との円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる。
2. システム基盤構築プロジェクトマネージャ経験がある。
3. 得意分野以外にもインフラ全般の広い知識がある。
4. ビジネスマン的な要素がある。
5. クレジット業務・EDIシステムの業務経験がある。
6. VM Ware ESX Server の構築提案・構築経験がある。
7. MCP、CCNP 等の資格取得者。
8. 仕様管理、品質管理、工程管理の経験者。
9. 新規サービスメニュー、新規ビジネルの提案が出来る。
10. 海外ソリューションを日本で展開したことがある。(要、 英語力)
11. OSS 製品の構築経験があり、提案も出来る。



1. Development leader in operational systems, Project Leader
2. Project Leader in infrastructure construction projects
3. pre-sales in business system (Infrastructure or development)

※ It is a position that is most appropriate for 3-15 years of experience.


Skills and Qualifications

1. Understanding requirements from customers, and can write the proposal of the system
2. Someone who has development experience, and have their own areas of expertise (virtualization, server development, design DB, design NW, management, etc.)
3. Leader, sub-leader expereiece (In the interview, we will ask details about the experience)
4. Proposal of infrastructure-building
5. Planning of new business



Desired requirements

1. Positive attitude, and someone who can communicate smoothly with customers.
2. Project manager in building foundation system experience.
3. Have a wide knowledge of the overall infrastructure in addition to areas of expertise.
4. Credit · EDI system experience.
5. Building VM Ware ESX Server experience.
6. Qualification MCP, such as the CCNP.
7. Management experience, quality management, process management.
8. Proposal of service menu and new business.
9. Someone who has developed oversea solution in Japan. (English required)
10. OSS product development experience
