説明 Background of recruiting this position:

Cover the HJPN need to provide satisfying quality service to Japanese OEM and Tier X customers on a Japanese expectation level. Act as a window to Japanese customer from launch of complaint until final closing of issue.
HJPN has the task to strengthen and support quality tasks and quality improvement for projects in Japan. This function in Japan will not only interface with the customer but also actively work as communication channel to the client plants with the target to fulfill quality activities per agreed requirements.

Interface to the customer and coordinating data input from plant quality.

Implementation of quality-related tasks with regard to customer complaints.

Management in agreement with the plant responsible for the product line and with knowledge of the application, the technology, the quality tools and methods.

Clearly analyze and convey transparent data on the day-to-day customer quality status to the plant quality with the intention to improve or maintain quality achievement to ensure complete customer quality satisfaction



Product range responsibility:

Electronics products
Lighting/ Lighting related electronics commodities

Main Task

Clear analysis and administration of customer quality status and complaints
Handling the customer claim from day 1 with frequent customer visits
Immediate reaction to customer complaint by collecting issue and rejected part
Handling of potential rejection per agreed flow chart
Active follow-up of data flow between customer and client plant quality
Follow-up of NG part handling from report from customer from NG parts to minimalize the ensure customer satisfaction
Conveyance of the customer's way of thinking, methods and expectations to the plant quality
Contribution to and checking of the necessary documentation on customer complaints and its root cause analysis
Follow-up of timely processing of input as well as quality of input (8-D)


Required Skills

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 5yrs quality experience in automotive field

School education: University graduates or equivalent by experience



Languages: 


Japanese(native) 


English(business level)



Professional qualifications:

Electrical Engineering 


Basic quality systems

Microsoft Office applications

Good communication and logical problem solving approach



Strong advantage to the coordinating position:

Strong planning skills

Experience in production engineering / QA / good understanding of 
Measuring and testing technology
