They provide revenue and sales management solutions to drive the world's most successful companies to maximize subscription, maintenance, support revenue, improve customer retention, and increase business predictability and insights.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for multilingual sales center, delivering a cost / time effective resourcing solution to promote workforce diversity
  • Drive local implementation of global recruitment selection processes and policies
  • Manage resource planning process to ensure staffing levels are continually at optimum levels
  • Requisition management with internal and external recruitment focus
  • Design and implement local employer branding strategies
  • Utilize variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
  • Network internally & externally building relationships with high potential candidates to build talent pipeline
  • Proactively increase % of direct hires compared to agency hires
  • Collaborate with line managers to build strong credible relationships, discuss recruitment needs
  • Facilitate with Hiring Managers giving regular updates on recruitment progresses
  • Develop and manage relationships with preferred recruitment partners and establish new relationships as required, including management, partner feedback and market intelligence
  • Ensure all recruitment expenditure is planned, monitored and controlled within budget
  • Instigate and coordinate new hire on-boarding process
  • Provide training and ongoing coaching to hiring managers to ensure they fully understand recruitment and selection processes
  • Create and report key hiring metrics to central management

Required Skills

  • Work experience of in multilingual recruitment environment
  • Related experience in a high-growth, fast-paced service business
  • Strong sense of urgency; the ability to identify priorities quickly when needed
  • Able to successfully utilize variety of direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards, social networking sites etc
  • Strong senior level stake holder management skills
  • Excellent relationship builder to create excellent working relationships with internal & external people at all levels
  • Superior customer service focus, including attention to deliver quality results within agreed timescales
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
  • IT literate, specifically MS Office and applicant tracking software
