Job Description

Our client company is a global support centre providing technical support service through dispatch engineering system.

You will be responsible for the management of all incoming calls for service from customers from remote support locations and delivering services to international customers. Managing and coordinating call dispatches to local partners using all relevant internal call logging tools.

Requirements:

•    Handling all incoming calls or customer emails reporting a support issue
•    Responsible for escalating cases appropriately ranging L1 ~ L3 support
•    Strong communication skills
•    Fluent Japanese and English language skills
•    You already have a work permit to work in Tokyo
