  • Implementation and functional Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Must participate in cross functional discussions and define the IT related topics from those  discussions which are relevant and necessary for System Rollout.
  • Design the functionalities document of CRM models for all applications.
  • Modify the System requirements /System Proposal.
  • Create and suggest the proper data structures for all  modules of the 3 internal  CRM systems in both Motors and Finance. 

Required Skills

  • Ability to propose solutions for integrating MS Dynamics CRM with 3rd party systems
  • Should be able to troubleshoot problems during customization and deployment.
  • Sufficient Analytical and Coordination Skills with Local and Central Teams.
  • Fluent Japanese(strong business level and above, as all the communication with the users and current support vendors is done in Japanese only)
  • Must be Proactive and push things in order to assure progress
  • Master in MS Dynamics
  • At least 5 years in MS Dynamics CRM package.
  • Good understanding of the design process and work flow of CRM.

Beneficial Experience:

  • English ability (Fluent business level)
  • Mobile experience is preferred
  • MNC working experience is preferred
