Job Description

Our client is looking for a result-driven sales person to be responsible for all sales activities for their VR business in Japan, from building a sales strategy to delivering promised sales numbers.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategy and execution plan by assessing market demand and potential
  • Develop sales strategy and tactics of retail and online channels
  • Determine sales target numbers with VP of Sales and deliver sales numbers every quarter
  • Develop/Manage the relationship with local distributors and resellers and strategic customers
  • Explore new and right partners and sales ideas to grow business
  • Work with IT solution providers to create and deliver VR solution for enterprise customers
  • Analyze the 360 degree consumer/customer behavior and accommodate local sales strategy based on the data analytics
  • Control inventory level of VR products
  • Maintain the customer support structure of product
  • Work and communicate closely with other members in the VR team in Japan and HQ overseas



  • 5 years above direct experience in retail and online. Consumer electronics sales management preferred
  • Passionate about VR/AR industry and future technology
  • Track record of strong sales performance
  • Strategic and logical thinking but with result-oriented execution ability
  • Ability to work across team members and embrace the diversity
  • Language skill: Japanese (Native Level), English or Mandarin (Business Level)
