We are seeking an experienced marketing specialist for Japan. The right candidate must be able to handle marketing operations while supporting Demand generation activities, especially Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing with Marketing Automation, and to manage attractive marketing contents.

This position will be succeeded to drive marketing tactics by handling marketing operations with running Demand Generation, reporting into the Marketing Director of Japan, and work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales team in Tokyo and marketing-related teams in headquarters and other regions. Candidates must be highly motivated and willing to experiment new initiatives in dynamically evolving online video market.


Key mission of the Marketing team is “Demand generation” & “Branding”.

 Job Responsibilities

1: Marketing Operation

- Marketing Budget operation by dealing with Quotation and Invoice for marketing activities

- Marketing Data management by utilizing Marketing Automation (MA) an Salesforce Automation (SFA) to input data, collect data, track data and analyze data

- Support Digital Marketing activities by handling some agencies with Supervisor

- Support Offline Marketing activities such as Exhibitions or Seminars with Supervisor

- Support Public Relationship activities by handling ad agency with Supervisor

2: Contents Management

- Localize English contents developed in the US to Japanese with high quality

- Handle Blog and Press Release contents for issuing both English and Japanese

- Create Landing Page for events ( Joint seminar or hosted seminar )

- Develop and post Facebook/ Twitter / LinkedIn contents

- Handle video contents in Video Collage ( Landing page of Video content )

- Manage Case studies for Japanese specific contents and localized contents

3: Agent Management

- Communicate to relative marketing agencies for plan, execution and review

- Track marketing activities with some agencies for Digital Agencies, PR Agency and event Agencies

4: Support Demand Generation Activities

- Track DG activities with Supervisor

- Data management for each action

- Confirm and indicate some executions with Supervisor

5: Communicate to some relevant teams to confirm marketing activities

- Sales & Pro-serve, Finance team in Japan

- Global team in the US


Required Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 2+ years marketing experiences
    • Marketing of B to B products in IT sector
    • Handle marketing operations such as budget management
    • Have knowledge of Lead Generation and Nurturing with Marketing Automation
    • Contents management
    • Data management
    • Contents creative a plus
    • Technical background a plus, e.g. web, video
