Our client is looking for a new Office manager to join their Tokyo office, to make their Tokyo team as happy as can be. This is a very important addition to the team to improve the working life of their Japanese colleagues. You will be essential to maintain excellent work life quality and a positive team culture.

As an Office Manager in Tokyo you will contribute heavily towards all office management tasks including property liaison and communicating with the landlord. You will help the team to coordinate various internal events, e.g. our leadership academy, and make sure everything runs smoothly. In addition, you will assist our APAC HR Manager with scheduling onsite team interviews in Tokyo (e.g. booking meeting rooms, finding convenient time slots, and welcoming the candidate). Last but not least, you will work closely with our APAC sales team and the European HQ finance team to ensure the timely collection and payment of client invoices.

Your prior experience as an Office Manager will be crucial in order to master this role and provide critical support for the Tokyo team.
