Job Description

Our client is a European provider of personal computer and mobile accessories, the company has offices throughout Europe, Asia and the rest of the Americas They develops and markets personal peripherals for PC navigation, video communication and collaboration, music and smart home technologies.

 

Duties

  • Development and roll-out of a Japan strategy for the growth of the online business
  • Validate the channel and develop channel strategy
  • Ensure timely execution of the strategy with full ownership
  • Devise and execute an appropriate sales strategy across all online channels.  Also devise a strategy to deliver short, medium and long-term wins in the online channel
  • Take a responsibility to drive sell-out on online channel
  • Deliver timely and clear business forecasts and revenue reports
  • Align with HQ/AP for global strategy
  • Work with the local team (especially online sales) to develop annual marketing plans and track constantly
  • Achieve revenue growth targets, deliver financial metrics across each customer and channel
  • Provide weekly management reporting of performance against target and market activity
  • Support the ratings & reviews program, and drive elements
  • Maintain best practice in digital reseller marketing
  • Liaise with agency partners to drive implementation of capabilities
  • Continuously look for opportunities to optimize shopper conversion via relevant shopper insights
  • Partner with agency / marketing team to drive learning and decision-making based on insights and analytics

 

 Required Experience

  • 10 years experience in Digital Marketing
  • Extensive knowledge about the digital reseller industry
  • Experience collaborating with reseller teams focused on achieving traffic and revenue targets
  • In depth understanding of digital reseller marketing landscape and best practice
  • Proficient in data driven digital marketing programs
  • Ability to manage marketing agency partners

  • Business management skills with P&L level experience and a good understanding of channel margin, rebate, campaign, etc.

  • Able to analyze and problem solve and an attitude for interpreting and reporting changing business trends
