Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will leverage emails, calls, and social selling tools to help customers master their subscription experience.

You love customer conversations, evangelizing brands, and are passionate or interested in helping the B2B/B2C business move to subscription-based pricing models.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel our client’s Pipeline and Growth in Japan
  • Collaborate with and leverage teammates (Sales Management and Account Executives) to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities in regional areas
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
  • Outbound prospecting to companies via cold calling, email, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Work to have 5+ touches for all leads (Call, Email) on all leads in your territory
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our client’s product suite
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce

  • Exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Enjoy conducting high level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (C-Level, VP/Director) in Target Accounts
 

Required Skills

Required Skills:

  • 3yrs+ of experience in Sales Development / Inside Sales, Operations, Audit, Sales, and/or Finance
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
  • Cold-calling experience preferred
  • Knowledge of business process, roles, and organizational structure
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
  • Passionate about technology, business, and winning
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and LinkedIn
