Role and Responsibilities
Our client is seeking an sales engineer with experience in OTT, network, streaming infrastructure, and hybrid cloud solutions to join our JP team as a role managing the full sales cycle from call to close to account management.

Prepare and deliver Client’s sales presentations to potential customers

Work with Professional Services and Engineering to understand possible customer solutions

Assess, define, and present a proposed solutions architecture to the customer

Gather and deliver customer requirements for Professional Services projects

Install and configure PoC (Proof-of-Concept) software/hardware solutions at customer location

White Glove customer through implementation process
-
Liaison between customer and Engineering for complex technical support issues
Required Skills
- Bachelor/Master degree in engineering, computer science or related field; advanced degree desirable

Over 5 years’ experience in a customer facing role (Sales Engineering, Technical Support, etc.)

Experienced offering solutions to the Rail industry

Linux and Windows expertise

Strong networking (TCP/IP) knowledge and ability to troubleshoot

Demonstrated success conducting and building relationships in a highly demanding and rapidly changing environment; satisfy customers and build high value relationships with customers, internal team members, and business partners

Strong writing, public speaking, communication and organizational skills

Skilled with common presentation and project tools (PowerPoint, Project)

Experience with bus transportation or auto experience highly desired.
(Requires 30% and above travel )
