Our client is a full service media solutions provider for companies interested in expanding their business in Japan targeting the English speaking market.
Their team is looking for a talented, motivated, and high-performing sales executive to expand our team, working on their recruitment brands pages.
Sales executives are responsible for prospecting for new business, upselling, cross-selling within our extensive client base, and delivering results.
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Communication with client organisations in Japanese and English.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 – 3 years of business experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Prior media sales/ recruitment experience a plus
