What you will do:

  • Coordinate internal resources for the superior delivery of services on customer projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Gather and report of team activities on weekly basis
  • Work with IT/SFDC team to ensure all aspects of the region can be effectively tracked
  • Act as a key contributor to any existing or upcoming project related to system implementation
  • Engaged to monitor and track resources engagement on key strategic pre / post sales account initiatives
  • Ensure all global projects are appropriately implemented within the region
  • Collaborate on regular basis with the central project management team
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, as necessary
  • Use techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Multiple years of experience in leading technical field organizations in a pre-sales and post-sales environment.
  • Solid experience in successfully driving complex technical customer engagements leading to high customer satisfaction in pre-sales as well as post-sales settings.
  • Strong skills in interfacing with other organizations such as sales, services, technical support, product management, R&D, and marketing for a proactive smooth completion of customer projects.
  • Strong skills in program management demonstrated by a track record of delivering timely and consistent results for a large number of projects and engagements.
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
