- 3+ years of technical support experience
- troubleshooting technical issues with a complex sw system (not just information passing between customers)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong customer facing skills
- Proficient with Linux and networking
- Scripting skills:
- bash, perl, python, ruby
- BS/BA degree
- Team player
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
- Java development skills
- Distributed systems, NoSQL, DB, storage system knowledge
- Experience on cloud environments:
- AWS, GCE, Azure or platforms: Openstack, Cloudstack, etc.
