Job Description

What you do:

  • Generate and provide organizational, business, functional strategies and execution processes to maintain client satisfaction

  • Promote client adaptation and stickiness by using existing use cases and creating new use cases as accounts mature

  • Work with the sales team to extend LTV of each client through upselling

  • Work with the sales team to create an account plan for each client

  • Maintain retention and license fee and reduce cancellation

  • Meet regularly with client's managerial level executives and work on client site as needed

  • Create a new champion while grasping the satisfaction level of key stakeholders and influencers within the client

  • Find new business opportunities to build client buy-ins at various levels

  • Sharing new insights, best practices, up-to-date information on the industry, and calling and meeting with clients

  • Actively encourage members of your team to become familiar with the function of our services

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the needs of existing clients as well as potential clients in order to raise the adaptation rate

Required Skills

What you can offer:

  • Over 1 year of paid ad operation and strategy building experience in platform environment (Facebook, Twitter etc.), agency or major social media advertising firm

  • More than 2 years' experience in paid social media or equivalent media (search, video, display etc) with contribution to product development i

  • 3 years of experience in account management

  • Ability to enlighten clients and contribute as active listener

  • Experience in presenting to customers of all levels both remote and onsite

  • Advanced computer skills (e.g. PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of agency workflow and Japanese ad-tech ecosystem

  • Japanese as your native language plus business level English proficiency


Bonus points for:

  • Extensive knowledge of Paid media including both native publishing tools (such as Power Editor) and third-party paid media publishing tools, DSP (MediaMath, Appnexus, etc.) (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

  • Advertisement tracking technology (web analysis tool such as Atlas, Omniture, SiteCatalyst etc.)

  • Tools such as Google Apps, Salesforce, Asana

  • Knowledge of usability best practices in web and mobile, website navigation design and flow, content classification, content management methods and systems
