As the Account Manager, your responsibilities will be two fold. You will spend a majority of your time prospecting and expanding the agent network through new agent signings, and the remaining time will be focused on account management and organic growth of existing agent relationships. You will be accountable for maximizing and expanding opportunities for Independent retailers and agent networks. You will also be in charge of operational plan execution within the territory.
You have a college or University degree with at least 3 years’ experience in Business Development and Corporate Sales within the Japanese Market. You will be well versed in liaising with C-level executives and decision makers and have excellent communication skills to close large market deals for the company. You are able to make sound judgement in managing the deals and accounts assigned to you. You have been within a Corporate Hunter Sales environment, preferably in, but not limited to financial services industry. You have excellent command of the English language as well as native fluency in Japanese. You will also be proficient in Standard IT and network interfaces, such as Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) as well as the intranet environments.
