Our client is a SaaS for AdTech provider based out of California, USA. They are looking to expand their office in Tokyo by hiring an Account Manager.
As an Account Manager you will be in the Client Success team, you will be responsible for helping customers to use our client's software.
Your goal is to increase customer satisfaction, retention and growth across our Japanese client portfolio.
Keep in close contact with the customers, and aim to be a trusted long-term partner helping their media strategy.
In the Client Success team, you will:
- Train and onboard clients
- Help clients to get maximum value from our service
- Consult with and advise clients on best practices for social media
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior managers who use our service
- Handle customer renewals with the aim of growing your portfolio
- Understand client pain points and introduce new solutions when needed
- University degree with strong academic results
- Native Japanese speaker with business-level English
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to learn quickly
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and passion for working with clients
- A track record of high achievment and meeting deadlines and targets
