This position is accountable for driving revenue growth through developing new opportunities, maintaining business, and creating the necessary relationship with ecosystem partners to ensure our client's success in in M2M or Internet of Things (IoT) market. This position is a key part of our client's sales, business development and the creation of long-term, mutually-beneficial, strategic partnerships in Japan.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and close business opportunities within assigned verticals.
- Maintain and grow business revenue from assigned verticals.
- Achieve sales and new business development quotas.
- Create and maintain strong business relationships.
- Build market insight on the assigned verticals and establish business plan for key accounts.
- Work with channel partners, local developers, Field Application Engineers and product team on projects implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree of science or technology or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ successful sales experience of technical products within industrial or commercial areas.
- Proven track record of business development with key accounts.
- Strong presentation and organization skills with a talent for customer interaction at all levels.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken Japanese and English.
- Good Team work spirit.
