Job Description

  • Work with existing Channel Partners across the region including but not limited to distributors, resellers and system integrators across the region.
  • Identify, recruit, train/enable new channel partners across the region.
  • Work collaboratively with internal direct sales, regional management, technical teams and product teams to grow business with channel partners.
  • Develop and drive initiatives to achieve sales goals.
  • Facilitate product and sales training to Channel Partner Sales teams.
  • Drive marketing, and demand generation activities with partners to promote Company’s solution offerings on partners' websites, seminars and trade shows
  • Proactively communicate with regional management on Channel pipeline and forecasts
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Channel business plan for the region 
  • Monitor, assess and report on a regular basis, the competitive landscape within the channel community in the region. 

 

Required Skills

  • Excellent work attitude and a persistent hunger for success
  • 8 years and above of proven technology solution selling experience especially with Channel Partners across Japan
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Good working technical knowledge and a ability to understand Company’s solution offerings and their value proposition
  • Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.
  • Strong relationships with Partners, Peers and Customers.
  • Provide accurate forecasting to Reporting Manager regularly.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a cross-functional team.
  • Strong leadership skills.
