Job Description

Our client, a global leader in cloud treasury solutions delivering SaaS treasury technology to various enterprise customers, is looking for a Customer Support Consultant to do platform monitoring, oversee transactions with banks, and handle issues from customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Working with global support team / development team to resolve issues
  • Managing client expectations while working to overcome complications
  • Promoting our client’s product use through remote support and training

Required Skills

  • Experience in finance industry and/or knowledge of banking, treasury or finance systems
  • Bookkeeping Examination (簿記) level 3 or above
  • Experience working with Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, PivotTable)
  • Communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Frontend user support welcome
  • Customer-facing experience welcome
