Our client, a global leader in cloud treasury solutions delivering SaaS treasury technology to various enterprise customers, is looking for a Customer Support Consultant to do platform monitoring, oversee transactions with banks, and handle issues from customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Working with global support team / development team to resolve issues
- Managing client expectations while working to overcome complications
- Promoting our client’s product use through remote support and training
Required Skills
- Experience in finance industry and/or knowledge of banking, treasury or finance systems
- Bookkeeping Examination (簿記) level 3 or above
- Experience working with Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, PivotTable)
- Communication skills, both written and spoken
- Frontend user support welcome
- Customer-facing experience welcome
