The Digital Director will focus on supporting partners, sales and client services teams in Digital business development, sales opportunities, strategy and solution delivery. - Business development / partner management
- Grow relationships with Digital partners.
- Engage with in-country and global sales, Client services, Technology, and Strategy & Insights teams.
- Can bridge the gap between marketing and IT.
- Can talk to all facets of customer experience strategy and omni-channel marketing with industry leading platforms and solutions.
Digital Sales Support:
- Collaborate on Digital opportunities.
- Provide product or solution demos as needed.
- Solution architecture and digital business strategy.
- Ongoing client engagement to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- APAC focused.
- Provide guidance and strategy at point of delivery - bridge business and IT, partner and client.
- Act as a billable resource for architecture and consulting during implementation.
- 7+ years experience with Digital customer experience strategy and/or omni-channel marketing technologies.
- 3+ years experience with Adobe or Sitecore marketing solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex IT and business requirements and solutions in a simple yet effective manner.
- Extensive Experience managing large programs and projects.
- Vendor management experience.
- Digitally minded - understands CMS, Mobile, Email, DB, and all the marketing tech and the eco-system of value-add around.
- Business minded- understands how digital transformation can change a business, its relationship with its customers and employees, and develop ROI models to support the business case.
