Main missions

Solution Sales works closely with Sales, and Market Owners & Solution Owners.


Solution Sales is in charge of a Solution offer, such as Mobile, Servers, and/or Devices.


Main missions are:

  • Qualify and close eB deals
  • Understand Solution requirements for Customers:
    • Inputs from customers
    • Inputs from eBanking Market owners
    • Understanding of Competition
  • Set and validate regional and customer strategy
    • Based on market requirements and technology trends
    • Allowing competitive advantage on the market
  • General tasks
  • Guide sales in the qualification of customer needs
  • Solution demonstrations, both standard and tailored to suspects and prospects
  • Providing technological guidance to new and potential customers e.g. Proof of Concepts and workshops
  • Responding in writing to customer requirements
  • Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Working with sales on the execution of specific sales strategies
  • Meeting customers and delivering solution centric presentations
  • Developing Statements of Work for implementation consulting
  • Boost sales efforts with in depth product and business expertise
  • Prepare the bid review validation  process


Specific responsibilities:

•             Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the eBanking & eCommerce security solutions, services offerings and methodologies

•             Work closely with sales in order to win new deals

•             Take the lead for a comprehensive solution offering

•             Make sure we offer the best possible solution at all times



  • Education:
    • Business or Engineering Degree

Experience Level:

•             A minimum of 5 years experience in Solution sales or similar

•             Proficient in e-banking and mobile banking products/solution and the fundamental requirements such as improving end user experience, security and risk management in the entire eco-system

•             Able to discuss and define strategies against Fraud and Cyber-attacks by suggesting suitable implementation of new fraud tools and processes in the e-banking/m-banking and ecommerce payment domain with customers

•             Proficient in the various cryptography and authentication technology adopted in the e-banking / m-banking and ecommerce payment domain
