Job Description

Our client is a multinational telecom company that is growing rapidly in Japan. They are invested in next-generation technologies, including IoT, 5G, big data and network functions virtualization (NFV). They work with consumers, carriers and businesses all over the world to enable connectivity.

Main responsibilities are:

  1. Manage requests/requirements from customers
  2. Maintain good relationships with customers
  3. Technical communication with engineers
  4. Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting

Required Skills

  1. Technical support experience of MMS product, Core Network product or Wireline product (PON/GPON, Switch, Router, Firewall etc.)

  2. Fluent Japanese, and intermediate English (TOEIC 600 level)
