Job Description

My client is seeking an Account Manager to be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of advertising campaigns and maintaining profitable relationships with large brand advertisers, agencies and other companies that utilize our media buying platform. You will become and expert and proficient in planning, launching, optimizing, troubleshooting and analyzing digital advertising campaigns in the software platform.  This knowledge will be used to educate, train, and support your clients on a day to day basis.

Ideally you will have understanding of the digital advertising market

  • Executing day to day production tasks
  • Ensuring operational excellence across all clients
  • Interacting with clients and sales team on a regular basis to provide updates on campaign performance
  • Managing campaign calendar, trafficking assets and client approval process
  • Working with Senior Account Managers on strategic growth strategies and implementation process across the business


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years experience working in a client-facing or ad operations role within the media or advertising industry
  • You're passionate about advertising in general, but you also know your stuff when it comes to audience research, media buying, planning, account management, brand management, ad operations, or all of the above
  • Interacts professionally and confidently
  • Thrive in a team environment and work with people across multiple disciplines
  • Basic project management and internal communication skills
  • Basic experience in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Business English and fluent Japanese
