Client is doing an Oracle roll out for R12.2.5 specifically AR, GL, AP, CE, FA, PA, PO, INV, CST to UK and Japan. They currently are live with these modules in USA.
Our client needs a OCM consultant, for their Japan location, with an Oracle ebs Financials background who know and understand end to end OCM processes (all 5 streams) from understanding what is going to change all the way through the end users adopting the new system. These resources need to understand the implications of change on the business as this client will be new to Oracle after using a legacy system for over 20 years.
They do already have training which was developed but they are not sure how effective it is since the feedback from users has been that they learned processes but the processes weren’t tied into their individual job functions. The OCM resources will also oversee training development to ensure it is being delivered as more of an end user view vs. a systems view so the business can adopt it in their job functions. The OCM consultants will help determine what should be in the training materials and help coordinate development and delivery by working with the leads, building overall training plans, addressing adoption issues, and help complete the training. The client will be using job aids, powerpoints and web training (Captivate). This person also needs to help with translation for the local language and will have to translate all of training to the local language.
