Job Description

  • Effectively answer RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and other questions from prospects which position corporate solution and services in optimal light.
  • Lead requirements discovery sessions with prospective customers and develop ROI analyses as required.
  • Performs technical support activities in support of sale of company’s products and services.
  • Presents implementation methodology, integration architecture and responses to technical topics during sales interactions with prospects, partners and others.
  • Assists sales account executives in preparation and presentation / review of proposals. Supports product demonstration sessions with providing functional clarification and solutioning, value driven discussion and applicability to meet business process needs / requirements.
  • Develops implementation estimates and high level deployment timelines
  • Develops, leverages and modifies sales materials and ROI and value proposition analytical models for use during the sales cycle.
  • Support Sales efforts internationally as required.
  • Maintain pulse on service management industry needs / trends /futures and incorporate into presentation content as deemed appropriate.
  • Maintain current understanding of Product offerings at a strong level.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences and trade shows, as required.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university in business, sales or marketing or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years related experience in sales, marketing, business and technical consulting
  • Strong Service Management Process and Product Knowledge
  • Ability to present functional process flow, process improvement and technical concepts in clear manner to customers through discussion, presentation and proposals.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and present information to C-level, Mid- Management and end-user level resources within a prospective customer’s organization.
  • Excellent organizational and detail oriented skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while remaining vigilant about meeting proposal deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong capabilities with MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project and Other Productivity tools.
  • Professional appearance and presentation required.
