Job Description

Our client,  an International Market Research Provider specialising in the retail, luxury, fashion and hospitality industries, is looking for a Project Manager.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties and responsibilities listed by importance

Project Preparation

  • Clients’ Meeting to understand needs, analyse framework and context
  • Prepare the proposal based on creative solutions for the client
  • Prepare launching materials: SPE brief, IOF
  • Questionnaire preparation
  • Test the Survey and communicate with Analytics
  • Kick-off meeting with OP, LE, QC
  • Upload and update the Points of Stores
  • Obtain Roster from the client and upload it in the mission launch material
  • Preparation of the contract

Renewal of Contracts

  • Discussing contract renewal with the client and finalization
  • Sell the new value propositions to the existing clients
  • Contract Drafting

Project Progress Follow-up

  • Daily follow up with the project execution
  • Informing Operations of project changes
  • Solution of problems related to fieldwork execution
  • Coordination with LE and OP
  • Confirm pending surveys
  • Review the Surveys

Reports Preparation

  • Meeting with Report team at the completion of the Fieldwork
  • Review Reports and modify them
  • Decide Template for Report Analysis

Presentation Preparation

  • Prepare the presentation
  • Present to clients
  • Minutes of Meeting Recap for internal use

Meeting New Clients

  • Get to know the new Client and understand needs
  • Attend the meeting with Business Development
  • Prepare the Proposal

Handle Request for Action

  • Check RFA
  • Communicate with QCO
  • Give feedback to client

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain good relationship with Clients
  • Handle customers’ special requirements
  • Meeting of minutes recap to Clients

Invoicing and Payments

  • Send invoice request to Finance
  • Send invoice to the Client
  • Follow up payment with clients

Various Administration Tasks

  • Upload the invoices for reimbursement
  • Changes the SPE pay-rate
