Job Description

The role of Publishing Producer contributes to our clients's APAC’s success by managing and driving assigned publishing activities in the region, ensuring the stability of daily operations and engagement between the company and our customers to ensure the healthy growth of the player base. In this role, a candidate will identify the needs and expectations of our community and influence our brand positively.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing and driving assigned our client's product’s publishing activities in APAC
  • Coordinate activities with HQ and Global Publishing teams
  • Collaborate with the assigned our client's product’s development team
  • Facilitate communication with players and participate in community events
  • Assist the head of publishing production in APAC

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, especially in project management
  • Experience in online game development, localization and operation
  • Deep understanding of console platforms and ecosystems
  • Excellent skills in business modeling, presentation, and KPI monitoring 
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, project management methodologies, and performance management
  • Background in a development or publishing producing role
  • Experience in communication with first parties
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in Japanese
  • Fluent in English 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A team player with a high level of self-organization and collaborative ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to develop and foster cross-functional relationships
  • Strong knowledge of our client's products
  • Excellent PC skills in MS Office
