Job Description

  • Responsible for exploring and mining new accounts. Hunter-type Business Development role with STRONG commission/incentive structure.

  • Generating new business through alliances with service providers and technology partners such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.

  • Intelligence gathering on customers and competitors

  • Leveraging relationships with existing accounts to generate additional IT business

  • Responsible for providing any pre-sales support in any IT related pursuits

  • Building and maintaining executive level relationships with IT service/product vendors

  • Keep abreast with new technologies, new application function roadmaps of major IT products and services

Required Skills

  • Experience in selling IT implementation services to Japanese Tier 1 companies

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in sales

  • Knowledge of Automotive & Manufacturing industry

  • Should have a complete lifecycle experience of IT implementation projects in Japan

  • Should have worked with an IT vendor and have experience in collaborating extensively with other IT vendors, service providers and suppliers

  • Should be fluent in Japanese and English

  • Deep understanding of Japanese business culture
