Account Manager is responsible for managing overall account team performance as it relates to client service and quality control on multiple, sizable pieces of business. S/he will understand Agency’s various consulting processes/approaches and capabilities, including public engagement (public relations), message workshops, master narrative assignments, brand engagement and stakeholder mapping exercises and will recommend them appropriately to clients and lead teams on plan implementation.

Required Skills

  • Japanese - Native
  • English – Fluent
  • Minimum 5 year experience in public relations
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ideally, social media savvy
