Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a Community Manager with a strong interest in marketing and social media. You will work in central Tokyo with a Global Company multicultural and multi-lingual team. You will handle new digital initiative and brand digital strategy. You will deliver user experience via e-commerce/Brand, Sites/Applications/email/Social Media and e-PR.

 

Key Responsabilites:

  • To define and implement communication strategy for digital on-line
  • Plan and operate the communication strategy for online media (contents strategy, SNS)
  • Increase the brand awareness
  • Develop media relations and external networks (not only publishers, writers, celebrities but also online influencers)
  • Set up target KPIs of online activities
  • Manage the online digital budget, in cooperation with PR budget for maximum results

 

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years Community Manager experience (magazine and website)
  • Knowledge and experiences of online media (contents strategy, SNS, cross media, editorial PR)
  • Experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, Project Management
  • Experience in creative/beauty industry
  • General knowledge of SEO, SEM, editorial skills and analysis
